Synapse Venture is a small development studio. I build web apps, internal tools and the quiet automation that removes the manual work nobody wants to do — end to end, and handed over actually working.
Small enough to move fast, careful enough that it keeps running after handover.
Customer-facing sites and full applications — the front end, the data behind it, and the accounts and hosting that keep it live.
The system that replaces the spreadsheet: track the work, see who owes what, and stop keeping the important numbers in your head.
Two systems that never spoke to each other, connected. Repetitive work moved off your desk and onto a schedule.
Domains, DNS, HTTPS, deploys. The unglamorous part between "it works on my laptop" and "it works for everyone".
You always know what is being built, what it costs, and where it stands.
What the problem actually is, who touches it, and what "done" looks like. Usually one call.
A short written plan with a fixed price and a date. If it is too big, it gets split into pieces worth doing on their own.
You see working versions as they land, not a surprise at the end. Changes are cheap while it is being built.
Live, documented, in your accounts, with the code in your repository. Support after that is by agreement, never a hostage situation.
Client work stays private, so instead of a gallery, here is exactly what you can expect from the build itself.
Code in your repository, hosting in your accounts, data you can export whenever you want. Nothing about the build ties you to me.
The least complicated thing that solves the problem, so it still works in two years and anybody can pick it up and change it.
The people who use it every day are usually not technical. Screens are built for them: obvious buttons, plain language, and it prints.
A fixed price and a date before anything starts. If the idea is not worth building, you will hear that instead of an invoice.
Send a couple of sentences about the problem. You will get a straight answer — including "you do not need software for this" if that is the truth.
Email support@synapseventure.caThe fastest way in is email. Tell me what the problem is, who it affects, and roughly when you need it — that is enough for a first reply.
